At EverGreen Linen Solutions, we stand apart from the competition by upholding a set of values that have guided us throughout our journey. Our story began as a response to what our leadership saw as shortcomings of national providers who didn’t practice what they preached. Jeff Hoffmann and Leon Johnson, our organization’s co-founders, knew there had to be a better way, one that placed people and relationships at the forefront of all that we do. When people want to know about EverGreen Linen Solutions, we are proud to share what we stand for.
From the very beginning, our vision has been clear – to treat people the right way, whether they’re clients or members of our dedicated team. We wanted to create an intimate bond with our clients, fostering a level of trust and understanding that transcends mere business transactions. In our company, it’s always been about putting people first.
Jeff, has been steeped in the linen industry from his very first job in high school, working at his father’s coin laundry business. His hands-on experience, rising through the ranks and performing various roles within the various companies he’s worked with, has been instrumental in solidifying his career in the industry. This deep-rooted industry knowledge sets EverGreen apart, allowing us to better serve our clients’ unique needs.
Likewise, Leon, began his journey in the industry during college, loading trucks and learning the ropes from the ground up as well. We believe there’s something special about a leadership team that has experienced every phase of the business, enabling leadership to empathize with every member of our team.
Our employees reciprocate this mutual respect and admiration for the leadership team, fostering a work environment where everyone comes to work every day with the shared goal of doing a great job as a team.
